Demopolis argues that the trial court erroneously (1) made factual determinations based upon conflicting affidavits; (2) found that Demopolis's actions prior to the entry of the default order did not constitute an appearance before the court; (3) entered an award that exceeded the relief requested in the complaint; and (4) modified its decision without permission from the appellate court. We affirm.
